Hi,

I keep receiving this error. Its not working and I've checked my licenses.

An error was encountered trying to communicate with the Active Marketplace
make sure the Marketplace URL is set correctly in Tools -> Marketplace Systems.

Thanks
Mike

http / https should not matter - both work. I would just check your ACP -> Marketplace -> Tools > marketplace systems and make sure it is setup right. If you still get that error then most likely your server is blocking the outgoing connection to jamroom.net, and you will not be able to use the marketplace. You'll want to contact your hosting provider for assistance with that if that is the case.

Hope this helps!

Hi,

I checked that everything is set up right again. Looks good.
I have the right email and have the license, but not sure of the url.

This is what I have for URL: http://test.jamroom.net

Im also using jbservers as a host, so I doubt it has anything to do with them.

Thanks
Mike

that is the wrong URL - you should be using:

www.jamroom.net
