Only one minor thing, there appears to be two vertical scroll bars in the chatroom pane, checked in both Edge and Chrome and behaviour is the same.

The thing I still appreciate the most is simply how well the entire system has been thought out. From the admin side to form designer (although this could use a few more field types and layout options) to the excellent value it represents.

Yes I think you are right about engagement, but at least here on Jamroom.net they don't have much effect other than providing a link to your profile.

I know about the transcript, that's what I was referring too, currently a plain txt file but could use a small bit of formatting.
If you click the down arrow beside the chatroom at the top, a small panel shows up, now click on your profile icon for example to show settings, chatroom selector panel is still there.

Ok I will keep an eye out, it might be an Edge issue.
I like how you can change the width of the pane.
Again this may be an Edge issue, (I really have gone off Chrome, defiantly prefer the way Edge renders text) but the chatroom selector is persistent and doesn't automatically close when you open another element.
I know it's only a transcript, but this will be asked for pretty quickly, add line breaks to give some formatting to the chats.
