If your on windows 10, it wouldn't be a problem as they go into the notifications centre, but cant speak for other os's. Still having some indicator on the page would be nice.

I cant reproduce it Elastic, but browser dev tools shows this
ul.sb-widget-sortable .widget-item li {
list-style: disc;
}
Unchecking it in the browser tools makes the extra characters disappear

Personally, if I was going to bump any quota I would charge for that. But having that mixed into a points economy would be a good idea for people who wanted that feature.

I would too, but what it is really useful for is upgrading members automatically to a less restricted members quota, once you're sure they aren't spammers.

I've seen the same thing, will try to reproduce it.
Payments module is now in the alpha channel
One thing about PhpFox was it did have a combined Auction/User stores module, but sadly the developer passed away. It was one of the most popular modules along with his Music system, but you reminded me that although the Auction module could have fixed prices he also had a separate store module for the site. Auctions followed PhpFox's site wide structure but with the added use case of where users could add a store to their profile. That's what made it popular.
Another developer did produce another one and in many ways it was better, more integrated to the site, but it lacked the user store option.
But I do understand it's not high priority.
