We bought the support ticket.
How is it possible to show the user, when he login that he had an update on his support ticket, so that the "inbox" has a number 1 for the message ...
Where are the settings for that please, if he wants the informations via mail or pn.
... and we don´t find all the settings to translate. See the picture for that, please.

P.s Is it possibly to use the support ticket as a contact formular for users, who are not registered? So yes, how?
