If you go to my site http://find-et-band.dk/ - and open the source code you will be able to see the code under "Welcome Video".

Hi there,

I believe it´s best if I start a new thread regarding this issue?

I have made a little video that pop up in a lightbox when clicking the image on the frontpage. I have used this: http://videolightbox.com/ - to create the needes script.

The problem is that it disables the search from on the frontpage.

Here is the code that I have inserted into the index.tpl:











html video by VideoLightBox.com v3.0






It works fine, but it disables the search form button in the menu as I said.

Let me know if I change something in the code to make both things work..?

Yep, it helps. It looks good in the frontend and I guess that´s most important

Right now I´m trying to do what I thought was simple: To add a menu item to the menu bar. I´m trying to do this: https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/forum/design-and-skin-customization/10972/site-pages-in-jamroom-elastic-template - but it seems a bit difficult to place the code in the right place in "header.tpl".

As you know I would also like to change the search form

Let me know how to change the main menu first...

Hi,

I found the language strings for the Labels under the en-US (english). I think it´s a little weird that they don´t show up under the da-DK (danish)? But now they are changed as you can see it here: http://find-et-band.dk/user/signup

I have been trying to customize the search form, but I´m finding this difficult because I have to change the code and that a bit complicated - at least for me

I basically want the aearch form to look like the signup form, but without username, e-mail and password. There has to be a "free-text" as well like the one that´s already shows in the search form now.

I guess it´s possible to do this, but for me is´t a difficult one to do.

I appreciate all your help. It´s really nice

Hi,

When I try to do that it jumps back to "user_type label *change this*"

I have translated some of the Labels as you can see, but I found them in the Translation Section. I just can´t seem to find "user_type label *change this*" and "user_instrument label *change this*".

Also for the search form I would like to make it possible to choose from dropdowns like it is when you create a profile, so that you can search for fx "a drummer" or "trommeslager" in danish

The next step would be how to customize the search form..? Is it possible to have the search form on a page or only in the little "lightbox"?

I would still like to know how to make a signup form where people can choose their location, instrument and so on. Also I would like to know how to make the search more advanced.

I have been looking on the internet to find an example of what I want to do.

I have tryed to reset the lang strings for the module, but it did not help. I would like to know how to get it working, and also how I can make custom fields for the signupform. I can´t find where to modify the forms.

Maybe I should just play a little around with this, but I´m very glad that you can help me

Does the creation of a new language change the whole frontend from english to danish? I think that there must be over 110 words in the frontend?
