Old or New does not matter. This looks cleaner I just thought a "Apply To All" would be one and done.

Thanks Brian. If a user disabled all of them in the old format and now wants to receive notifications, there is no easy way to change them. Think about changing all of these. There are 3 possible settings for each list. I have 34 options in the drop down. If you added the "Apply To All" option they could easily change from Email to Private with one click.
Just saying ease of use.

It looks like Notifications changed recently to a drop down list. It would be nice if we added an "Apply To All" like we have on the Quota Options. Right now if a user disables all Notifications and wants to add them back, they have to go through 20+ drop down options and set the value for each, save and repeat. This is not very user friendly.
