System Tips Modification

I love the system tips feature that was just added but I would like to make a slight modification to it. What I would like is this:
1. Implement the same code on the artist page
2. Make it so that on first time signup, this information is on by default
3. Allow the user to turn it off or on accordingly
4. Offer tips on each module if it is available. If the audio page is enabled it would walk them through creating a song.
I still have users that are lost after signup. I am not sure how many have walked away because they are confused. If a jr dev wants to just customize this for me only, just sent me a rate.

I am having a slight issue with the below. It should be throwing charts based on 7 days and it is returning counts based on a year. Anyone see something that is off?

Interesting. I had a post on here somewhere and I asked how to add a song review comment link to the charts page and I was told I would need a custom module.
Newsletter as PM

Thanks Brian. Notes are a great way to drive traffic back to the site. I find them more effective than newsletters in that respect.
Song Review From Any Page

On JR4 I setup the ability to write a review from virtually any page. I would like to do this again as a modal so the user does not have to leave the page they are on like charts. From what I understand, this is not possible in JR5 as of yet.

Newsletter as PM

I miss the option to send newsletters as private messages! I also like being able to set the "sent from email address" when sending the mail. I typically use a "no reply" address for these.

change to ssl
Installation and Configuration
I have had ssl installed for some time and I should probably convert my site to be 100% ssl. How big of an undertaking is this?
