Changing htaccess to redirect to https site

Hi guys,
please I would like to change edit the htaccess file so that all requests are directed to https site, what line of code do i need to add to make this happen ?

Audio Files not getting processed and player not loading.

thanks i will give that a shot, i also noticed that when i go to update such audio files the audio segment of the update form missing so am not able to replace the audio and try uploading again.
