Great Job and congrats on the latest release. I can’t believe we’re on 6.5 now, I remember the countless hours I’ve spent modding v3. Time really flies. Not to mention that my jamroom website has turned 10 years old this year. Here’s to 10 more years with you guys! 🍻

Can I increase cpu cores in Jamroom?

Hi Micheal, thanks for replying. Actually my server is fine as is. I was trying to figure out if I could change my jr resource limit like I can with ram upload limits. My server status confirms 2 cores, Jamroom only sees one core
Can I increase cpu cores in Jamroom?

I recently managed to increase my upload size to 8GB. As a result, it increased my server memory usage. Which leaves me to this, is there a way that I can go into my Jamroom settings to increase my cpu core usage. By default, Jamroom cpu core usage is 1 core with memory usage up to webmaster.
I figured this much, if I can increase my cpu usage in my jr, it will in part reduce my memory usage because more processing power will be available. My next concern: by me dedicating more power to my jr, will it rob my vps of processing power? Right now, I’m using WHM, cPanel, Jamroom, cron job, Shoutcast and CentovaCast on my server. As I look at my server status, my server load is pretty stable. What are y’all thoughts. Thanks

After searching high and low, I managed to figure it out. I changed the skin using the sql db, cleared cache and it worked. There seems to be a JavaScript issue with the Audio Pro skin. JavaScript on click function is not working but seems fine on other skins. I turned off the beta channel in my marketplace. Hopefully the next jr update will fix this issue with Audio Pro skin because I really love that skin and everyone loves the customized layout. I put in a lot of time getting things to where I want it. The current skin I’m using is not what I want but it is something that I can love with until the issue is fixed. I really appreciate all of the insight that was given to me. Thanks guys

After looking at the console in Firefox, I am getting a lot of warnings and errors that points to my current skin (Audio Pro). I’ve tried rolling back to an older file version to see if it works like it did in jr5 but it is still stuck. Save buttons to not work. Since this theme is the current theme for the entire site, how do I go into the database and change the theme to a working theme? It was easy to do in previous versions of jr but the db structure of jr 6 is more elaborate than previous versions.

😂 it’s not Wordpress, it’s jamroom. I’ve done a massive facelift using the site builder. I am using the beta because I was very eager to try jr6 when the beta channel was released. I assume I’ll disable the beta channel.

If I were to delete the active skin for the website and acp, what’s the worse that can happen? The issue seems to be in the audio pro skin. None of my save/submit buttons are working
