Adding Multiple TXT files to a Blog post

Installation and Configuration

Let me check...

file upload: blog_attachment

I know I'm looking a gift horse in the mouth, but is there any way to add multiple files? I mean, seems like the functionality should exist if one can upload multiple images into a gallery...

Here's what I'm attempting to replicate / move: https://blissfulignorance.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=2648

Tables disappear in blog post when editing / or get shoved to the bottom

Using Jamroom

Hi, so in trying to figure out how to move my content into the new software, I thought I'd try posting links in a table to multiple files already hosted on my server. It seemed like a table was the best way to manage that.
So, at first, the table ended up looking fine, then I went to edit it. And no matter what I did, it would end up at the bottom of the post. Even when there was nothing above or below it. https://blissfulignorance.com/jamroom/fanfiction-archive/blog/43/heart-of-the-sword-by-zapenstap

So, I started a new post, and this has happened twice, which is how I know this is not a ME thing... I posted the blog post with the table, in a single column. Then, I tested the links. I clicked to Edit the post, and the table was gone, my links were now in a single row just like I'd typed them w/o a table ever existing, and the table caption was now free text in the top. I didn't lose anything except I had to go back and put line breaks between each link. It's FINE, I just figured you'd like to know that the tables disappear sometimes when you Edit a blog post. Not sure if it's just when it's a single column table....

Anyway. Bottom line: tables are being wonky in the Blog section. Am using Chrome on Mac OS, and Elastic 2 skin.

Adding Multiple TXT files to a Blog post

Installation and Configuration

Ok, I'm fine with that. I just want to be able to post files to a blog and see that they're there? PDF, TXT, HTML, I'm not picky. Right now, I can enable the file upload option on the form, but no one can view that there's a file. And I can't figure out whether people could add more than one file...if I could somehow get the file list to show up - once uploaded.

So, to recap, I can adjust the form. Upload the file. That all works. When I go to the blog post, no file is seen. When I EDIT the blog post, the file is there, but when I save it again, no file can be viewed / seen.

Item Tags not incrementing count

Using Jamroom

So, I tag a blog post, but the tag count still shows 0 no matter how many tags I add. When you click on the tag icon, the tags all show up, and you can click on them and get the list of things with the same tag, but no matter what I do, the number of tags always shows "0". Which, essentially means, no one will ever think / see the tags, no one will use them... I've run an integrity check; I verified I have the latest version. How is this supposed to work?

Adding Multiple TXT files to a Blog post

Installation and Configuration

I am still working through moving posts from my old phpbb site to Jamroom. I had an attachments module on my phpbb site.
I have updated the form designer to allow for a file attachment, and which type of files. I can see the file if I go edit the blog post, but to just view the blog post - the file isn’t there. I’m assuming it requires a change to the blog template (I’m using the Elastic 2 skin), but I have 0 clue... Seems silly that you can add a file to something and not be able to view it. Also wondering whether there’s a way to upload multiple files.
We don’t do audio files or video files... We use it to house stories. Sometimes stories have multiple chapters and instead of having 15 posts, I’d like to have 1 post with 15 files.
