Issue with Video

I have uploaded a video 29mb length 00:08:10 format mp4
It displays the cover image but when clicked on it says 'This video file is currently being processed and will appear here when complete.' but it doesn't seem to complete in over 1 hour.
Verify Video files :- Required MP4 Support: Enabled
Flash Video Support: Enabled
What would be the problem?

I don't know what I did but when I go to the index page it now displays Site Builder 'No Widgets have been added to this page yet' I just want to get it back to how it was before but I can't figure it out.
Help would be appreciated.

Hosting provider solved the issue.
adjusted some file permission on the location modules under justcountry.co.uk

The hosting company has now replied:-
The issue I see is the files in /home/mydreams/public_html/justcountry.co.uk/modules/jrSystemTools/tools

run with the error illegal instruction. They are statically compiled modules.

Is it possible to get these in 64 bit format? That would be a solution.

The version is 6.1.6 the same as previously uploaded to a site on the same server that does not have this particular issue

Every thing checks green except for tools.
I have another site on the same server and every thing is green

I hadthe same error and contacted my server who fixed it for me. I provided them with a link that Jamroom gave me

I have just installed another site with the same issue and they fixed that for me also.
