I can't find the user in the database, can't get any of the users up.
I added and validated a new user.

The Hosting company have now come back to me with thefollowing:-
We have reviewed the database entries and it the email address for the first user, which is supposed to the Administrator, is as follows:
admin@soundblitzrecords.com
Additionally, a username ukdenny is also associated with that user, however, as we have tried with both we were also unable to log in successfully. Since we have followed the exact instructions provided, we would be unable to assist you further, as we are not related to the application vendor, therefore we could advise you to contact them for further assistance.

I am having my hosting company sort the database out for me, it's a bit daunting for me. They are working on it at the moment they added the code Nate gave me but I still couldn't log in using the default abc123 so they are re-looking at it. I will let you know.

I was linking two user accounts.
Now for some reason admin cannot log into the system and when I try to retrieve from Forgot Login the system says it does not recognise the email address?
How can I sort this please?

Issue With PayPal Address In Profile

When a Paypal email address is inserted in the profile to allow payments of products everything is fine.
However when an upgrade of a module is undertaken (don't know which one) the paypal address is no longer there.
I only noticed this because the Audio tracks could no longer be purchased.

When using the Payment Support>Toold>Profile Payou tool
'There are no profiles with Pending payout'?
The log shows quite a few payments due, but I don't understand how the end result is calculated? I cannot see where you would set say a figure to be reached before a payment is due? Also whe you set a figure of 0.01 it shows in the log as 0.0001

Lots of people prefer to have a tangible CD rather than download mp3s/
I have CDs for sale on my Products page.
However to ship a cd within the UK costs about £1.20 to ship to the USA costs £4.85 this is a really big difference. It would be a great idea if this module could have a drop down box or something where a shipping choice could be made. Say a price for local and another for International
