Profile cover image

Hey guys, I'm having trouble making a cover/header image for my profile pages...like how Twitter and Facebook has.

Jamroom user @garymoncrieff has a profile page that shows his Halle Berry image header on this post here: https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/forum/design-and-skin-customization/29721/profile-layouts

unfortunately the post is closed or I would have posted there.

@garymoncrieff is it possible you can share the coding on how you created the header or does anyone else have a similar code?

Foxycart Datafeed Failed
Jamroom Developers

I'm getting this error message from foxycart:

DataFeed Failed: (399253431) 2014-09-18 00:59:41 No data returned for http://MYSTORE.MYSITE.com/foxycart/webhook [404]

My users said that they haven't received an email about their account information to login to download their purchases.

Any idea on how to fix this issue? Thanks.

Does Jamroom 5 have Vault Item Manager?
Using Jamroom

Hey guys, does Jamroom 5 have a Vault Item Manager like Jamroom 4? On Jamroom 4 I was able to add any item on my site into any of my users purchased items inbox. Anyway to achieve this on Jamroom 5 so I can give my users free items in their account?

How do I show different things for different profiles?

If this is going on the profile page, you could check the _profile_id and show the banner that way... ie.

{if $_profile_id == '1'}
Show banner code to the master admin only...
{elseif $_profile_id == '2'}
Show banner code to profile ID 2 only....
{else}
Show banner code to everyone else...
{/if}

Hey guys, I'm trying to figure out how to pull this off.

For example, on my administrator page I want to show a custom banner and on one of my staff member pages I want to show another custom banner for that specific user, and a different custom banner to show on all profiles.

What would be the correct coding...if possible?

You're probably using Firefox - and I think this is a known issue on Foxycart's end. There's no template for you to edit, as it is controlled by Foxycart.

I've seen this here on Jamroom.net and will reach out to them again and see if there is a fix for it yet.

I tried Safari and google chrome and have the same results. They all load the check out page by itself and not a popup.

One more question man, hopefully you can help me with this.

I have the "add to cart popup" checked, but when I click to purchase an item, the page goes to it's own cart page. It doesn't have the "popup" look like I've seen on others jamroom sites. So my cart doesn't really look integrated with my site, so when customers want to add more items, they would have to click the back button to get back to the original page on where they added the item to the cart instead of having the "continue shopping" button. Or how can I make the cart look like it's part of my site, like what templates do I have to edit?

I'm using the Elastic skin.

That functionality doesn't work with paypal, just foxycart.

For paypal, they need to be logged in.

If you use paypal from foxycart then it will work.

How do I sell audio through the paypal module without making the user sign up to my site to be able to purchase the audio and it automatically makes them an account?
