Jamroom Core 6.0.0 beta 1

Just to be clear, the linebreaks in the blog work fine when updating and creating further blog posts, it's just the post created on installation which doesn't work right.

Jamroom Core 6.0.0 beta 1

When you visit the admin blog for the first time the post looks fine. But when you edit it the line breaks are lost in the tinymce editor field, and you need to replace them before saving.

A TinyMCE issue which we've all spent some time on.

Obviously this isn't a practical problem as the post will be deleted. But it is a noticeable glitch if you are installing Jamroom for the first time. Can the line breaks be updated in the installer so that the glitch isn't seen by new users?

Thanks

Site (blog) News Display from home page not showing..

Using Jamroom

michael:Change the URL in the 'index_site_news.tpl' file to point to where you want it to go.
It's probably in index_site_news.tpl

Jamroom Core 6.0.0 Alpha 4

I've installed it and briefly tried a couple of my modules with it, but no time to test it properly I'm afraid.

Improvement to the documentation

Using Jamroom

It's here:
https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/jamroom-developers-guide/4207/howto-add-a-tinymce-plugin-to-the-system

An example of a module which adds a TinyMCE plugin is here:
https://www.jamroom.net/ultrajam/networkmarket/180/editorcodemirror
I didn't use Aparna to make it but it works for us - the TinyMCE code view is much clearer with codemirror.

Improvement to the documentation

Using Jamroom

Quote: Add a directory /tinymce
2) inside the modules/ClonedModule directory create a directory called "tinymce"
3) upload the custom tinymce plugin to that directory so the plugin.min.js file is located at modules/CustomModule/tinymce/plugin.min.js (this is why you can only have one tinymce plugin per module).
4) repeat steps 1 -> 3 for each tinymce plugin you have
This is a bit confusing - it would be clearer if these were the same module, either ClonedModule or CustomModule.
