Problem updating jrCore

I will send an email to our network people and see if they have a clue as to what is going on.

The above was all on the work PC

Have now tried from my mac which connects via a different network, and also using a VPN to connect from outside.
Using Safari, both the integrity check and marketplace update try to use https and give the same XMLHttpRequest error.

I'm logged in non-ssl, and the marketplace system is also non-ssl

Not sure why it's trying to access the update on ssl, could that be related to the problem I thought I saw earlier when I posted in the SuperCache thread?

The above was using Firefox, tried in Chrome and it seems to be the same.

Trying to run the integrity check in chrome:
Quote: XMLHttpRequest cannot load https://academicskills.uwe.ac.uk/core/form_validate/__ajax=1. No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'http://academicskills.uwe.ac.uk' is therefore not allowed access.
9103aa6….js:46 XHR failed loading: POST "https://academicskills.uwe.ac.uk/core/form_validate/__ajax=1".
send @ 9103aa6….js:46
ajax @ 9103aa6….js:46
(anonymous) @ 9103aa6….js:430
