That's going to be much more based off of ussher's skin than the bootstrap docs module, so give him the credit for that. My module there's not useful anymore (it didn't do much in the first place), and bootstrap and jamroom have changed a lot since then.
I'm still really into bootstrap (it's better than it was 2 years ago in the WiP), jamroom 5 is out of beta, my modules have evolved a bit too (or I like to think so).
I'd like more bootstrap in jamroom. The docs are great, very useful.

Try enabling the module for your quotas.
Or if it is in the code for a module, change textarea back to editor and validation back to allowed_html
