How do i put a video on to a profile on solo artist bundle?

I have asked this question before,but didn't get any instruction on how its done.The home page has a recent video's section,was told make profile and upload but where do I do this from, admin - audio ? Have looked round site but can't seem to find right page.

Hi there we have a problem with downloads on our site. Customer's have been downloading the album but only received one track I know what their doing wrong and I'm in the process of putting a video up to rectify this but we still need to send them the album, can I do this in from the site.

hello again im getting there slowly but surely .when i click on add to cart the pop up comes up but there is no item in side the cart tried different ways but i still cant get it to work

Ive managed to get in working by totally removing paypal and resetting cache thanks for your help il let you know how it goes
