Album Downloads Working - File Downloads Not

Using Jamroom

In Audio Support > Global Config
both Block Album Downloads and Block File Downloads are unchecked.

However only Albums can be downloaded but not Files (both logged and non logged in users, aside from admin and item owner).

Any idea.

Just tested on my other site, different server, different skin (jrelastic) and no customization on site but still did not work.

Still not working.

Reset cache via /core/cache_reset
and ran integrity.

Is there something else that has to be done to refresh the language caches?

Great, adds another layer of security to JR sites.

Downloaded and partially tested.

Admin updates a pw of an existing user = module does not work
Visitor creates new user account = module does not work

Just a note to anyone converting their site to WWW or the other way around...

Do not forget to update the url of the site hook on foxycart.com in order for JRfoxycart to continue working.

Limiting Tagging to Admins

Updated to 5.2.10

Now existing tags are showing on item pages even if owner quote has 'Allowed to Add Tags' unchecked, which is good.

However it still does not let 'admin quote' (who has 'Allowed to Add Tags' checked) to add new tags to the item.
