What is the actual error you're bumping into? - Hello Michael and thank you for your response. So far I'm having two issues.
1.. The command image buttons are showing in a strange form(see attached file). It is happening on the three sites that I migrated. Is there any extension that may be missing?

2. The video conversion is taking for ever. Yesterday I uploaded a video for testing and it is still showing a message: "This video file is currently being processed and will appear here when complete"
3. Also looks like I can no longer do a System check. I'm getting "Unable to process your request" message

Hello Jamroom team.. My dedicated server reached its end of life and I'm planning to move to a cloud based hosting. This is because my current webhosting is no longer providing dedicated servers only VMS. Actually I already picked HOSTINGER.COM cloud based webhosting plan, but I'm having issues uploading Audio, videos.
Could you please let me know what the requirements are for Jamroom to run smoothly on a cloud based hosting? The cites were successfully migrated, but the audio, video, modules, integrity check are not working. Your help will really be appreaciated.

its an issue with the menu, check that that user has the video module enabled. check that the menu hasn't been customized to disable videos. The page itself is visible to logged out users, just there is no menu bar item while logged out.

Thank you Michael. The video and com combine video modules are enabled. When you mentioned menu. Are you referring to the menue.tpl? I think there are a few menues .tpl files and I'm not sure which one are you referring to.

This is what I found in the profile_header.tpl of beatslinger2 skin

the profile_menu.tpl I think is the standard one. No custom changes were made to either of the profile menue or any .tpl menue

Thanks Michael. Ill try that and see how it goes. I may have to do lots of css customization but it may work. I had already done some customizations for some pages as well but this may bey first time with profiles.

It was working fine initially, but then it stopped working with new users and new systemofules updates. I just can't figure out what updates were that caused this problem. As stated, if the user uploads a new video or creates a new YouTube embedded video works fine and the video tab shows in the user profile. It only stops working if the user only enters the YouTube channel only, which is understandable the purpose for the YouTube channel input form. I'm not sure if I have to add any code at the backend of the YouTube channel imput form or what the solution may be :(

Hello Jamroom team. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!
Is it possible to have a timeline model from Beat Slinger2 or follow me skins to Audio Pro? If it is possible, how can I achieve that.
Lets face it, the AudioPro skin is a a great one form music content with the exemption of its old style time line(outdated).
I rather have the pictures and videos instead of just words and links showing in the timeline.
Not a rush, but I think it could be a great feature for the new release of AudioPro.

It it requires a project, np I'm willing to go for it, since a also need some assistance creating a custom video page similar to videoPro skin for for all the videos including you tube, not just uploaded videos.

when your logged out it only shows tabs that have items created. Logged in all tabs show. If that user doesn't have any videos uploaded the video tab won't show logged out.

I know that part. The problem is that the videos tab is not showing even if the user have uploaded videos. As you can see listed on the videos list, but not in the user profile.
The only difference that I'm seen is that most users are just adding their video YouTube video channels. All the video from the user's channels do show in the combined videos list page, but the video tab and videos will not show on the user's profile.

actually I'm having issues making it show the video menu in the profile list while logout, but it is only showing while logged int. I'm not sure what is missing, but I have checked most of settings and not lack. The item list combined works fine.

Has the skin been customzed, it looks like its this rule thats causing the left alignment if that is the issue:

}

Thank You very much. The problem got fixed by resetting the Section profile from the profile.css. It looks the changes is stored in the database. Uninstalling skin and reinstalling the custom changes overtakes the defaults,

Done that several times. Even I completely uninstalled the skin, and reinstalled with the same problem.
