When I select the default template the title is only showing in the half page

Custom Form fails to upload Audio and Image files

okay, on this case it defeats the use of custom forms specially music summations for none logged in users.

But still there is a problem.. where does the audio of image file gets saved once the form is submitted.
As I stated on problem 2, the Audio and Image file is not attached in the email that is sent to the administrator email address.

Thanks for the quick reply Brian. Regarding your questions, there is no errors reported in the Activity logs, Debug Logs or PHP error logs.

This is what I was able to find out.

1) While logged in as Administrator or Artist.. I'm able to upload audio and image files. Even though, I have selected "(group) All Users (including logged out) in the Display Groups form.
The main idea of this form is to allow A signer or promoter to upload a promotional song without having to create an account profile. How can this be fixed?

2) If the Audio is submitted while logged in it works fine, but not attachments(audio, image) are received in the Admin imbox or email address. It only shows the below message.
Does the audio and file gets saved somewhere else? If it does, what is the URL?

Custom Form fails to upload Audio and Image files

Using Jamroom

Hello, I created a custom form using the "Simple Custom Forms" Module.
I created a bunch of text files and one Audio type field and one image type file.
The form opens fine, but when I tried to upload an Audio File, it fails with "Upload failed" message. The same happens with Image type. If I remove these two fields it works fine.

Is there anything that I'm doing wrong?
Please help.

Google Ads No longer Working on Media Pro light skin after Jamroom Upgrade from 5.2.5

Hello Everyone.. After I upgrade the core from Jamroom 5.2.5 to 5.2.6 Google adds stop showing. It only shows the default adds from jamroom. I also upgraded the media pro skin to the latest version same error. Upgraded Jamroom to 5.2.7 still no fix.

I tried on other templates and the google adds works fine.
Was anything changed that affected the media pro template?. Run integraty check, clear catches.. same issue.. Could you please help?

How to change back to 4 color text on media pro light

Hello... Is there any reason why was a decision made to change from 4 to 3 text color change in the media pro light skin.
I personal and the fans love the layout and combination of the four colors text. Now with the 3 colors text layout my site does not look nice any more an the fans are complying..
Could you please tell me how can I get the back with out having to downgrade. I would like to get back the hot pink and light green back.

How to Add "Exclusive News" from News page to the side_home.tpl

Hello could you please help. I'm trying one bring the "Exclusive News" to the home page Side_home.tpl.

When I copy and paste the code into side_home.tpl it does display the news, but it displays the whole content. I just want to be able to display only a small portion of the news. I truncated, but a no help. Is there any special thing that needs to be done?

Music Charts not showing properly and counter not counting accordinaly

I'm sorry for the confusion. What I'm trying to explain is that some how JR5 is grabbing or recording only the counts for yearly charts, and placing on Weekly and monthly charts. That is why the positions shows right, but the number of plays for that particular instance it is not displaying. This confuses people. On jamroom 4 and Media pro and Projam. JR4 used to display counts for Weekly, monthly, and Yearly. As you click on each charts the number of plays changed for that specific time. On my site the same artist is showing on different positions for weekly, monthly and yearly, but with the same number of plays for each chart.
