Installation and Configuration

Ok, I just figured out my confusion and the actual question that have, I have Jamroom hosted and I have another older site which is 4.3.1 , I wanted to bring that one under my what appears to be 2nd empty slot for a domain under my premium hosting, is that possible, or do I have to keep them separate and add a new one under my empty domain which it appears I am already paying for but only have one domain under the premium hosting.

Installation and Configuration

Oh ok cool! that was the old way I used to do it all the way till 2014, right now it looks like my core version is 5.1.32, I see the modules and other add ons and that is a great and powerful way to do my module updates, but is there a need to do a full update to the overall core and if so, can I do this the same way thanks much Michael! ok I answered my own question about the core, I just read it thanks!

Installation and Configuration

Hello, I have been away from managing a site on Jamroom for some time and the new interface here is great but, I have a two site premium subscription but only one site is listed, how do I add the other site ? also how do I update to the latest version, is this the same as the old school way of downloading the packages then upload via ftp?

Jamroom licenses

Installation and Configuration

That was simple enough, I was able to go into the Marketplace, tools config and enter all relevant info, I assume the marketplace url is www dot anything dot net/ j5 directory / marketplace ? anyhow I do not get any errors, but if I go to my licenses I still do not see the one that I have the powerpack ? I only see this " The following License(s) are not associated with any Install URL - these items can be installed on a system using your System ID "

If I click show licenses it gives me a 5 page list with individual modules listed, a price and a download link, do I have install these individually ? and then unlock with my code ? or will my code simply unlock them from J5 core install ? if I got the Superpack shouldn't I have all of these available simply from a J5 Superpack download link with my license ?

Jamroom licenses

Installation and Configuration

I have Jamroom 4 and 5 pro pack licenses but they do not show up on this new site, all it has it shows I do not have licenses installed on any system, then it has the codes to paste in the marketplace, all of my license show up on the old site though including Jamroom 5 I was wondering if I should see my licenses listed just like on the old layout ? if so I do not see them.
