Interesting about invest or buy new custom plugins

I'm a member of Jamroom community for many years, when Jamroom 3 & 4 was out. Today I'm thinking about come back to Jamroom , because I have some plan to offer for my company portal like "music facebook" for our group of people . To do this, I see that "Follow me" template is really great.
I can invest some money to offer my users some custom activities, not available now in existed plugins. Here what I need:
- ability to pay by some POLISH (from Poland) gateways for services, goods and merchandises . I see it's available to pay by paypal or FoxyCart, but I need something which can working with our local companies. They have API, I need someone to prepare this plugin for me. This is CUSTOM plugin for me, which - I think - no other users are interested to have it.
But I also have some offer to invest for new plugins and tweaks - as advance. You - Jamroom Team - can sell this for all users - no problem. Here is what I need:
- dynamic page refresh - Now after I add update, all page is refreshing, NOT dynamic - like facebook
- mobile application for iOS/Android and live streaming from app - ability to start live transmission like facebook live
.. and many other elements.
So please - tell me. How we can co-operate and how to "buy" from You new, custom plugins, how much it cost etc. ?
