Does firebug show you if the page is loading in a TPL? (honest question)
I don't mind editing the CSS, but my understanding is it will get overwritten if updated by JR in the marketplace. Thus the tpl (and over-ridng it) was my first look.

I want to create a fixed height div for the social login box so that when viewer visits the login or signup page, it doesn't do this funky pop-down after the div loads.

What is the login.tpl?

I understand. If I put myself in the mind of a customer, I would want a refund...so that's where the question stemmed from.

That's makes sense, thanks for that. Just wanted to see what to expect. So if there is a cancellation on my site, I'll just have to calculate and refund manually via paypal or something.

Some kind of a reminder or warning email (either before auto-renewal or prior to trial expiration) would be a nice feature to build into that for future releases. Just a thought.

Thank you for that BTW, I'll start testing it out.

Thinking through a few more scenarios:
1. How does Jamroom handle a subscription where the subscriber changes back to a FREE subscription (say) mid period? Meaning, let's say they paid for a 1 year subscription (after the trial period) and then 3 months in, they don't like it. Is there a feature or some automatic trigger that refunds their money?

2. Is there some type of reminder or warning email that their trial period is ending and they will be switch back to the previous (free) subscription? I'm assuming this is the behavior of fallback so correct me if I'm wrong.
