Profile Daily Limits bug and Profile Quota Browser bug

I'm still unable to set the profile daily limit though BTW - Problem Number 1.

What's happening is I select "MEMBER" quota and when I add it, It ends up being the "HELP" quota. As seen in the video.

Event time drop down question
Design and Skin Customization

Not a huge priority, but I'm wondering, what file controls the event times in the drop down?
I just dont see the need for :15 and :45 on my site.

People are just going to have to deal with :00 or :30 start/end times.

I'm not able to replicate it here, and the 1.1.3 profile module specifically checks and fixes this, so I'm not sure what's up.

Any chance you can take a look at it for me on my system?

Just to follow up on #1 - the "module" select is not a dynamic field, in that it will not change based on your selection in the quota drop down. So that could certainly be a suggestions for an update, but it's not a bug.

OK, so I'll have to actually select a module that quota is configured for. I'll continue testing.

I reloaded jrProfile 1.1.13 and ran IC, same issue. Nothing in the error logs that are helpful.
I tried to transfer a profile into affected quota, then move it out, still says "1".

Bug1 - Modules> Profile Daily Limits > Select Quota - the module pulldown does not reflect the modules actually enabled for that module. The result is an erroneous profile daily limits entry.

Bug2 - Profile Quota browser, still displaying "1" for profiles with zero profiles in it.
Already reloaded 5.1.29 Core and Profile Daily Limits modules. Integrity check and cleared caches.
