I have a client that would like for her blogs to appear on the home page where "site news" appears. How can I set this up to allow this to happen?

Advertising Top Banner and Bottom Banner
Using Jamroom
Now my client would like to turn Advertising back on and it appears we will be adding banners with links.
I've unchecked the "Hide Ads" under the Skins Global Setting.
I now see where I can add a top and bottom ad.
There is a place that says this: "Enter your Ad code here for the top 468x60 Ad."
I've uploaded the banner to my images folder, but what code goes here?

Vimeo appears not to be working on the site. Where do I get a "vimeo consumer key" and a "vimeo consumer secret?"
