Jamroom rolled out an update not long ago that had something to do with images. Since then I have been having issues on both my networks.
Typically, it manifests in groups and comments as missing Profile Images replaced by a very OVERSIZED generic image. So large in fact that the image cramps the comment box as in the screenshot. I am seeing this type of effect in both the Ninja based and Mogul skins.
Additionally, in the Mogal skin, the icon normally present in the menu area when you are logged in is now "blacked out", or a black silhouette that is barely noticeable.

In the mobile view, I just noticed there is no signup or login options in the side menu.
That can't be right and I am using an unmodified version 1.3.8 of jrMogul/menu_side.tpl

I was not aware of this, is there a link to documentation on this topic?
Also, because of recently changes to the Chrome browser, it shows Jamroom video embeds as blank until flash is manually enabled for the page.
Might your #3 be a cure for that, if it was forced on all video embeds. Or am I lost on that issue?

Awesome. I just checked and the profiles seem to be showing the left column correctly across different skins, logged in or out, and new sign-ups.
