Performance Test - Details

Using Jamroom

Is it possible to get a breakdown of what the performance test is actually testing and how it's testing it?

Cancelling or Changing Subscriptions

Using Jamroom

Thanks Brian - I guess it works the same on a custom page with subscribe links, as on the subscriptions page - right? I did it the way the document said, so I assume so.

Therefore, I'm going to tell them to just subscribe on the level they want, and that should cancel the old and start the new - automatically. At least, if I am understanding correctly.

Cancelling or Changing Subscriptions

Using Jamroom

I have a member who just joined under one paid quota, but changed her mind and wants to be in a different (more expensive) paid quota.

How does she cancel her current subscription, so she can subscribe to the new one (and not be subscribed to two at once).

Or does subscribing to one quota automatically cancel a subscription to another?

I found an explanation in the documentation that appears to be outdated, as what's shown in this screenshot (attached) doesn't seem to exist.

Youtube - Mobile View - Chrome - Android

Using Jamroom

I don't know how to take a "snapshot" on my phone to show you, but when I look at any youtube video from my site, it is grey, with lines and blocks running through it.

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S4. I see the issue with Chrome but not with the default browser.

Is it just my browser or is anyone else able to duplicate this?

Large Video Conversion - Time Out

Using Jamroom

I deleted the video because it just wasn't converting. A small video like that shouldn't take this long.
Video Support video_conversions 50,351 s

Something is wrong but I don't know what. I'll try it again.
