Charts for confirmed sales?

I was looking at the documentation for Advanced Charts and saw references to downloads (and vault downloads). I sit possible to use the built-in chart system to track purchases? If not, I suppose this could be done by making all downloads purchase-based.

I searched the forum for the term "genres" (possibly should have search in singular as well), and did not see a solution to this. I suppose if no one has done it yet, that I could have it custom coded. Anyway, I would like to limit the genres that can be entered for songs upload upload or edit, so I would need to add a drop-down list for genre entry instead of displaying a text field where the artists enter whatever they choose. Is this possible already in Jamroom without custom coding?

I am a previous licensee (purchased 2 licenses several years ago) and I am looking at licensing the Premium version. I thought I would ask around for someone selling at a discounted price (if licenses can even still be resold) before investing the full price.
