How do users upload and then link to files like pdf's?

I added jrfile to my system, is there a way for the PDF to be expanded and viewed instead of downloading it ?

HI, again sorry if this is to much of a newbie question ... What I want to do is have a gallery for each profile (family member) on the system. So I read the docs and it seemed like Gallery was the way to do it, so i purchased it and it says that it's active. I see multiple places that have an Images tab, and under forms there's editors for media and image upload. Under Profiles there's Image Galleries - that's all great. I've run all the system checks just incase you ask
Now in the documentation for Galleries it shows being able to create Galleries and a button will appear somewhere to view and manage the Galleries ... SO my question is where is it and how do I enable it.

I've validated the entries and found the geocodes for places in the tree.
The system is up to date.
What's interesting is that the map loads for a split second and then the error comes up does this across browsers .
I have since uploaded the galleries module, that's the only thing i've added to the system ...

sorry one more post ... so i been playing around with different values in the php.ini file, and noticed that in core -> quota the size did change, however when i go into image -> quota the max size always remains at 10M - is that expected ? I even have it set to 512M in the php.ini file and that shows up in core -> quota - i have run system check, and Int. check
