Time Map for multiple trees ??

Hi, I have three trees on my site and I'm seeing an issue with the Time Map on two new trees, it just doesn't work, nothing shows up. The original tree loads fine and gets updated. I've run through the normal support things, reset caches, integrity check, run time map validate events .. am i missing something ?

If I look at the Java Console, it gives me an unexpected error - what can I send you ???

Hi Paul, I've done that cleared all caches, used three different browsers even did it on iphone and ipad all fail. However if I use the email address associated with the account it works, I've not noticed that before, but maybe a senior momment

Hi, for the past week i've noticed that I can't log into my site. However if i change the password the system will log me in. So currently the only way I can access the site as the admin is to change the password every time...... I'm at the most current (just ran update) level of core and modules... Am i missing something ?

Also when I go to change the password it allows me to enter the same one multiple times, is there a more secure method that will force users to not use the same password as the existing one ??

Welcome page - landing page for site

Is there a method that I can have a default landing page, or welcome page for Genosis. What I'd like is a general page that says welcome and a few other words, I know that if I go into sitebuilder it wants to change the default page on the default tree which also changes the page for all the trees. If I wanted to do this, should I go into each tree and create a new page for them, is that the best way or is there another way of doing it ....

Michael thanks ... i'll have a look - on a different note I've thought about having something like a welcome page when people land on the site. Si on the default tree I added a new page in site builder ( i guess I'm changing the default page at this point). However when I do that all the trees end up with the same page. If I wanted to do this, should I go into each tree and create a new page for them, is that the best way or is there another way of doing it ....

Thanks, the profile moved, however the descendants didn't move, i had to move them manually and update the sibling info

Changing Domain name ?

Next question, sorry for the mess i've ended up in ... As I said in the previous post I have updated the site and can now log in. Now I want to update my account info on Jamroom, I don't see anywhere that I can edit, remove or add a new site, so that's the first part - maybe my old red eyes can't see it
The second part is the two licenses that I've bought, files and Galleries that I would be moving to the new site as well
the old site is ftree.croziers.org the new site is www.fialas.com

definitely is not working as you outlined ... the descendants and the person stay in the first tree

Running the repair.php script worked ... I had followed the steps in

Linking two trees together ??

There are a couple of issues here, maybe ....
1) I have two trees
2) I have a person in Tree A that I want to move to Tree B, however the move to another tree doesn't seem to be working and I've reset caches
3) The same person that would move to Tree B is married to a person that would stay in Tree A and hopefully maintain the link - not sure how to make that connection if it's at all possible ??
