Issue Tracker

Using Jamroom

In Issue Tracker (v1.2.1) when attaching more than 2 files initially only 2 upload and display on the page or the lightbox. You can attach 2 more files subsequently and they show. And again, etc.

2 versions of Issue Tracker

Using Jamroom

I believe so, but I don't think I usually see both versions if I'm in a beta channel.

Youtube Channel sync

Suggestions

Here's an example. This doesn't sync: https://www.youtube.com/user/IzakJackson. None of his videos will sync. It's because his actual url is https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCvPTztjSb83N_iC4KB1plYQ . This happens when you set up a channel in youtube. It's a very common thing.

Transferring a Profile to a new dedicated jamroom

Installation and Configuration

Will there be an exporter to go along with that importer? Although, I don't imagine it's a simple thing to export everything from one profile and put into another jamroom.

Transferring a Profile to a new dedicated jamroom

Installation and Configuration

Is there some way to transfer a Profile and its contents to a new jamroom? Basically, say, a profile wants its own jamroom.

subscriptions: 1 user, multiple profile s

Using Jamroom

So if each profile is limited by its quota, why can't I purchase a subscription for each one? Yes, because subscriptions are user-based. But there's a kind of disconnect for Power Users. A Power User can simply create multiple profiles in subscription-only quotas and not pay for them.

I may be approaching it wrong, however. If that's the case, tell me the best way to allow one user to have multiple profiles which are subscription-based on a sliding scale of increasing allotments of space.

And, just to be clear, if this user is a Power User, does their subscription limit the TOTAL space they are using over multiple profiles?

That's my question. So subscriptions are User-based, in effect -- a user can only purchase ONE subscription, correct?

I've done that. It doesn't seem to work that way. If I set up a user as Power User with the ability to create profiles in the selected quotas, they can just make profiles without purchasing subscriptions. They just click on the + button next to a profile name on the profile page and make a new profile.
