Download Unsuccessful
Using Jamroom
I am currently using JR4 I have download lock enabled with a user name and password of authenticity to track my downloads. I am experiencing from my android device when I click download I enter my user name and password then see the download arrow indicating it's downloading but get the message "Download Unsuccessful everytime" I use to not get this message.What is happening? I Can download it from my PC just fine.Is it a JR4 issue with something or my devices but keep in mind that I have downloaded with these devices many times in the past doing the same thing on my JR site.
