Every image load is creating a '500' error which just means 'something went wrong', so difficult to diagnose other than guessing that the update didn't complete or went wrong.
Send us a support ticket with your admin login and we'll take a look.

Query about latest software update to user names

Existing users that created their account with an email address as the username can still login with it.
Only new users cannot enter an email address as their username when registering.

I've fixed this again.
I'm still not sure why this is happening on your site but I have now made updates to the group modules that might be contributory. These updates are not released yet but I have implemented them on your site, so if we can continue to monitor things there that would be great.

I have this fixed in the next release of the PrivateNote module. Have also patched the fix into the module on both your sites. Let me know if it works as expected now.

I've installed the module tool to fix this again and have run it, so things should be ok again.
I'm going to keep a regular eye on the site to see if this happens again, and if it happens suddenly or gradually.
Don't run the tool yourself, but let me know if you see this happening again before I do.
