simple backup function question

So are you saying that there are 6900 entries made to that modal window during the backup, every one from 1 to 6900?
Have just looked at your database. The first missing profile ID is 6731. Scroll down the modal window to see if its missing there. Scroll to the start of the backup. The first missing IDs should be 8 and 9. If they are missing, I bet there are only 2864 messages in the modal window after all (the number of profiles you have).

Can you not use the scroll bar on the right of the modal window to see everything that happened?

Profile ID numbers are never reused if a profile is deleted, so check that your manual backup process is NOT listing profile IDs 'contiguously' up to 6900, but only 2800 in total.

This is really a question for the company you registered the domain name with. You will likely need to login in there and there will be a control panel of some sort to do this, hopefully with instructions on how to set up the DNS etc.
