Those conditions would still need prioritising as you might get 'profile name 2' with a photo, or with more content than 'profile name'.

So the profiles are not actually duplicated, its just that two profiles with similar names have been legitimately created, probably by the same user.
To build a tool to search and delete these would be pretty difficult. For instance -
Amilcar.Rondon-Bachur
Amilcar.Rondon-Bachur 2
Amilcar.Rondon_Bachur
Amilcar Rondon-Bachur
etc.
might all be considered the same profile, but how many more variations might there be, and how would a custom tool test for them all?
Your best bet is to list all profiles using the ACP Datastore tool and deleted them by hand there.

Be sure you are running the latest modules. The way user names were validated was updated not so long back.

Not sure how this might have happened, but have now patched the number of topics (2119) directly into the database table, so you should be now ok going forward.

The Aparna module is no longer supported and hasn't been updated in ages.
However, the jrCore_checktype 'user_name' option is no longer valid and has been replaced by the 'valid_name' option, so what you could try is to locate where this error occured in the module code and replce the jrCore_checktype option 'user_name' with 'valid_name'.
