This was an issue just for a short time after release - go into the ACP -> Core -> Marketplace -> Tools -> "Reload Modules and Skins" and reload the Image Support module, then reset caches - that should fix that up.

Sending a Private Note as an admin does not override the recipient's notification settings. Sorry.

You might have seen this feature in the NewLetter module. There is an option there for admin to override any user notification preferences and make sure they are notified regardless. That option isn't available for Private Notes.

Try clearing caches to see if the players then show.
Check for any errors in the log. Also check the Queue Viewer in the Dashboard to see that the conversions are not still working.
Post a link to an audio page where the conversion is still showing.

Timeline Status

If you upload media via the buttons below the form, then yes, that media will be a timeline post in its own right. To include a post with the media you need to enable the Editor in the timeline then use its Embed Media button at the approprate place in the post.
You can also include external URLs in the post (YouTube say) and if possible, the link will be expanded into a player.

Make moving categories in the forum easier to do

Unfortunately that is hard coded as a Forum module view so cannot be changed with templating, but appreciate that with as many forum categories that you have, it would take a few minutes to setup the required order, but presumably its not something you need to do that often?

Have you got the 'Editor Embedded Media' and/or the 'Media URL Scanner' modules installed? They will help with this.
