I see that the site is reported as unsecure. Can you get your security key removed so that we might see the site?

Hi Didier
As you are probably aware, support for Jamroom4 ended more than 5 years ago. Also, Jamroom4 will not work on servers running latest versions of PHP.
However, it may be possible to import your members, their content and uploads etc. to an equivalent Jamroom6 site. Let me know the URL of the site, and I'll take a look. It'll also help if you send the admin login to support[at]jamroom[dot]net so that I can check it 'from the inside' as well.

Setting a limit value means that Jamroom pulls from the database all information for all the songs in one go, so a high limit value is going to use a lot of server memory.
I'm guessing that at 370, your server runs out of memory. Check your error logs to see if that is the case.

Your 'Kimstyletv' site is still trying to access 'FatsaFatsa' site pages and resources.
Make sure that the /data/config/config.php is updated with the new domain name.

Using Jamroom

There seems to be a lot of problems with your custom skin, with the homepage giving a white screen when using the 'www.', and when not using that, sections of the page are not loading. Your logs are also full of page not found errors and mysql errors caused by offsite URLs.
I temporarily switched the site to the stock MediaPro skin and all worked ok.
I suggest you need to sort all the issues with your custom skin first.

I'm noticing that whereas https://dubmusic.com/ works ok, https://www.dubmusic.com/ gives white screen, and many of your links are trying to jump from one to the other.
Check this out on your cPanel or contact your hosting to get this sorted first as it could be the source of your issues.

Be sure this user is in a profile quota that allows Private Notes. Have just looked and your 'Sellers' quota does not allow them. Is this user in that quota?
