I need help displaying RSS feed on my site

Is there anyone who can connect with me and walk me thru making the Feeds appear on the site? I have been able to add them but I cant figure out how to display them or make visible. I have read the tutorial and followed the video, but I just dont get it, after 1 year with jamroom, lol. I need someone who can walk me thru step by step please.

well folks, I cant figure out how to create and or allow the creation of groups. i think i want to have one place on the site to make groups if that makes sense? help

i have installed several skins, but I cant seem to make them appear so I can choose them when customizing my profile,, and I am the admin? dont know where to look for the info,
