Jamroom triggering high CPU on hosting

My hosting company is reporting that my CPU is running high.

I have attached screenshot for
- CPanel showing CPU 100% while Jamroom keeps twirling indefinitely
- Screenshot from hosting that apcu is enabled
- Conflicting Jamroom System Check showing that apcu is not enable

Can you help me figure out why this is still bringing down Jamroom?

My users are reporting that their posts show up as blank.

Ninja Skin shows all images as broken links

Installation and Configuration

I'm puzzled that my ACP shows all the images in the Ninja skin as broken.
How can I fix this?

The site itself seems functional.
The skin is up to date.
The file is there in the img directory.
I've reset the Template cache.
Cleared the cookies.
And reloaded the page...

Thanks everyone! Having the hosting install APCu solved the problem.

I have been experiencing performance issues since I move to self hosted. The site takes 5 to 10 seconds to load or will get a server error (which is resolved if you just wait even longer). It's made the site difficult to use.

These are the performance numbers.
The performance screen says Jamroom should run great, so I'm confused as to what's wrong?

My hosting is inmotionhosting.com. I run my main web site on wordpress and don't have any issues on that install.

Is there a way to pin point the problem?

I just realized that when I moved from hosted to self-hosted, I lost my ability to embed videos (youtube).

I have "URL media scanner" and I expected that putting this in the forum editor would replace it with the video:EFT Coaching: Feeling Safe for Empaths

But it does not. Why is that?
