Using Jamroom

I created some modules with "jrAparna" I reinstalled JR and when I put back the modules I had created in the module folder the modules not showing in the ACP like they did before.
Any suggestions why this is happening ?
I am not seeing the "custom" category in the ACP

403 Forbidden error

I migrated my site to a new server and is getting a 403
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

It seams like the notification could go "/user/notifications/profile_id=1705/user_id=1061" to anert users when there is
new song added to the playlist , new item added and so on ..
