Mobile Menu Not Working

After the we recently updated the mobile menu is no longer working on our phones and tablets. We tried different browsers same result.

The host has no info. How can I update the Jamroom modules without the market place? Where can I find the files?

Data Directories data/logs is not writable fail All directories must be writable by web user!

It appears it's trying to find the update from Jamroom. Once it can't connect it's Page Not Found.

Once I go back it says - unable to change permissions on directory /modules/jrPayment - unable to install module

When trying to update from system updates we get this error.

The advice was priceless.

Looks like I had to add the permissions to data/logs. I did a test mp3 and audio upload and it worked.

Unable to upload audio, video or images.

We get this error for audio/video.

This audio file is currently being processed and will appear here when complete.

Normally after a refresh the audio will convert but that's no longer the case.

Images load but do not convert.

Videos will not convert if they load we get the same message.

Any ideas? config.php appears to be set correct.

changes in configuration are not taking effect

could you download one from any of the video sites that host non commercial/documentary videos like videvo.net, videos.pexels.com, ihavenotv.com etc (here is a link https://ihavenotv.com/the-astronauts-destination-mars, this file is about 600 MB), and please note that even though i have increased it to 1 GB, but if i am able to upload anything between 500-600 MB, its enough for me).
