jrNova skin - Language function

Design and Skin Customization

Hello.

Does jrNova skin support "Jamroom's multilingual system" like jrProJamLight does?

If so, which are steps I have to follow?

Does it allow this code?

<a href="?set_user_language=xx-XX"><img src="/skins/XXX/img/flags/xx.png" alt="XX" title="LANGUAGE"></a>

I ask because I don't see the little flags in jrNova screenshots..

Thanks

Audio player - Android issue

Using Jamroom

Yeah, me neither..

Look, I found this line on jrAudio_button.tpl from Audio module:

mp3: "{$jamroom_url}/{$media[0].module_url}/stream/{$params.field}/{$media[0].item_id}/key=GzBb8dn87M4j/file.mp3"

Is it ok? It finish with "file.mp3"...

Download mp3 button

Using Jamroom

You mean nobody can't dowload a file while surfing the net?

I frequently use a website to download ringtones and it works just fine. I select the ringtone I want and hit "Download" and it works.

This is the website: http://argim.net (spanish site)

I've tried it on Android and no-Android phones.

Also, if the good news about Jammroom5 is responsive design, how is it possible that download function doesn't work?

Download mp3 button

Using Jamroom

Hi Douglas,

I finally found a good solution following this thread:

https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/forum/using-jamroom/2658/mod-audio-support-song-download-checkbox

I created a new checkbox using the Form Designer tool just as seen here:
Using the Form Designer tool

Anyway, when trying the download button from my Android device the proccess stops and the "error" message appears in notifications area.

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Mini S5570 / Android 2.3.6

Do you know why is that?

Thanks!

Download mp3 button

Using Jamroom

hey there,

How can I show a "Download" button next to the song player/name?

I've already uncheck the "Block MP3 Downloads" option to allow download of MP3 files, but I don't see any button..

thanks

Audio player - Android issue

Using Jamroom

I don't mean Chrome. I'm talking about the browser that comes with Android by default.

Today I tried my J5 on a tablet running Android 4.0.4 and could play the mp3 using the default browser. Anyway it doesn't work with Opera mini.

Thanks for your support Brian.

It could be great if anyone else post this kind of issue below.

Audio player - Android issue

Using Jamroom

Hello, I installed J5 and everything was fine untill I uploaded a mp3 file and try it on my Android phone.

The audio player is being display but the song is not working, I hit 'play' button but it does nothing..

Does anyone have the same problem? is it a bug?

I've test using Android native browser and Opera Mini app.

Android ver: 2.3.6

Thanks!

Questions on JR5

Using Jamroom

the menu looks fine, the thing is, why does it have to load the page again for it to work? Is there an option to make it faster?

This is the first time I see this for a menu trying to be compatible with mobile devices. I don't want to be negative, but if you aim to get better at responsive design, should't you have used HTML5?
