How can I change the font color of the byline in the chat?

I am in need of making the font of the byline in chat slighter darker and easier to read. Could someone please advise where or how to go about changing the chat byline font color?

Refreshing page does not always update saved template code.

Hey all,

I am having some issues getting my saved changes to show up sometimes. I am editing .tmp files using the Dashboard tool, when I save and refresh, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. The changes are saved, but not displaying. I am testing using Chrome, in a new Incognito window. I have tried to clear the cache but still doesn't work. I assume I am not doing something correctly, I just can't figure it out. Thanks.

Sorry, I had to find the right template. I managed to find the templates and am editing them in place. It seems particular that the code is correct or the page won't update and run, or won't display at all.

How do I configure Follow Me Skin default index data - Global Config - Site Settings - *Missing Slide*

I am trying to configure the default landing template for the Follow Me skin, but I can't find the settings for it. On the other skins, I could find it by navigating Skins -> SkinName -> Global Config -> Site Settings and I could adjust the data, but its not present for Follow Me. Where can I find that to manually adjust it?

Hi all,

I have been getting a bunch of feedback from my community about the Notifications menu. And after going in myself to change the settings on 3 accounts, I agree that it needs improvement.

The current system uses a drop down menu as you know. This makes it extremely difficult for someone to do anything quickly. From a user experience point of view, everything is hidden behind menus. You have to click to see the menu, then click to see what is in that menu item, then click to change it, then click to save. This is extremely frustrating to go through and check each setting, much less to change.

MOST of my community has turned off all notifications because the menu is too difficult to setup individual settings. This is a huge loss of our community outreach and it's happening because it's easier to turn off notifications than it is to configure them.

Would it be possible to turn that drop down menu into a chart more similar to Quota Compare?

I think that the first option (en.site.com, ja.site.com, etc.) is the simplest to implement, and will allow me to build quickly.
