I see the ShareThis buttons on this link

The reason you don't see the comment form is because you have it disabled in the Comment modules "View Options" tab....

/comment/admin/global/section=view+options

All directories should be 755 all files should be 644 except executable binary files, they should be 755.

required ffmpeg binary not found in modules/jrCore/tools

Installation and Configuration

Those binary files are now in the System Tools module, make sure you have that installed and the binary files are CHOMD to 755.

You may need to contact your hosting provider and ask what directory the binary files need to be if it isn't working for you.

You'll want the .htaccess file from Jamroom's core, modules/jrCore/root directory, copy that to your servers directory that has Jamroom installed.
