Where do you change profile tabs order?

Design and Skin Customization

Hello,

It may depend on which skin you are using... in your skins profile_header.tpl, look for the jrProfile_menu function, it may look something like this:

{jrProfile_menu template=$menu_template profile_quota_id=$profile_quota_id profile_url=$profile_url order="jrAction,jrBlog,jrCombinedAudio,jrAudio,jrCombinedVideo,jrVideo,jrGallery,jrGroup,jrEvent,jrYouTube,jrVimeo,jrFlickr"}

You can then change the order of the tabs or profile menu.

Hope this helps!

Help with subscription module

Jamroom Developers

hello77957:
Ah!

I sent the email, but i'm not a VIP support subscriber.

Will continue trying to figure it out myself, thanks anyway!

If you login with a user that is in your "Artist" quota, then navigate to the subscription page, you'll see the subscription plan you created.

If you want all users to see it, then modify the subscription plan, and change the "Display Quotas" to All Quotas.

Hope this helps!

Help with subscription module

Jamroom Developers

You have set the subscription plan to show to the Artists Quota, therefore, the subscription plan will only show to a profile/user logged into that quota.

Your welcome!

To be honest, since I don't use the group discussions module very often, it took me a minute to figure out it uses comments as well. ;)

Let me know if that looks better.

I modified the comment_form.tpl and the item_list,tpl in the comment module.

ACP > Item Features > Comments > Templates.

You can use the compare tool to see what I did, which basically all I did was change the image size from small to medium and then added a style parameter to add a max-width and max-height.

Hope this helps!

Strumelia:
Douglas, you are only looking at the top big avatar, the one of the person who started the discussion... that one is always fine looking.
Sorry, I mean the avatars showing from the REPLIES to the Group discussion, see here again:

I guess you need to LOG IN to see the replies in Group discussions in the link I gave, though. Should I send my logins to you?
You can see it especially on my own avatar there... compare to the forum discussion.
No this is not a browser cache thing... happens Chrome and FF, for weeks now.
Thanks...

Yes, send us your login info so we can check it out.

Thanks!

I'm not seeing fuzzy images at either of those links, you might try clearing your browser cache?

Hope this helps!

Is Jamroom Branding Removed with the $299 package?

Installation and Configuration

natalie:
That's great Brian! We will upgrade ASAP. Do we need to use CSS or is there a function in tools to remove the branding once the upgrade is done? Cheers!

Jamroom uses smarty templates to create pages, you'll find the "branding" in the skins templates.

Here is an example using the ProJam skin.
https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/skins/301/projam-light#site-branding

Hope this helps!
