2 Factor Authentication

Installation and Configuration

You most likely just turned it off for one quota.

You can go into your database and go to the jr_jrcore_module table and look for the jrTwoFactor module and set the module_active to 0.

Hope this helps!

Trying to help my member with his problem...

Using Jamroom

If you can tell us what URL he is using when he sees that message it might help us.

Thanks!

Privacy Popup

Installation and Configuration

It's coming from the Share This module.

You'll either have accept as Paul stated in his post, or disable the jrShareThis module.

Hope this helps!

System Check Errors

Installation and Configuration

Hello,

It is possible the binary files are not in the correct directory for your server.

You'll want to contact your hosting provider and find out where binary files are supposed to be uploaded to.

Then you'll want to modify your data/config/config.php file and add the paths for each binary file.

Here are the docs for ffmpeg:
https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/howto/4641/howto-use-a-different-ffmpeg-binary

Hope this helps!

youtube module

Installation and Configuration

ericdion:
@douglas I want to add just one menu, which contains my wowza server link, HLS (.m3u8), how do I do that? or I have to pay how much if mr.douglas help make?
on keroncong.tv

thank you regards

You should be able to install the YouTube module and to add a menu link, you'll want to modify the skins/jrProJamLight/header_menu_desktop.tpl and skins/jrProJamLight/header_menu_mobile.tpl templates.

You can also modify them via the ACP (Admin Control Panel) by going to ACP > Skins > jrProJamLight > Templates

keroncong.tv/core/skin_admin/templates/skin=jrProJamLight

Hope this helps!

Max Upload Size

Genosis

The only thing I can think of is that since you have Jamroom installed in a sub-directory, "tree", the 1G settings you see may not cover the "tree" directory. You might check with your hosting provider about that.

Hope this helps!

Max Upload Size

Genosis

Hello,

If you can't go to Admin > Core > System Core > Quota Config and change the max upload size in the drop-down selection, then you'll want to contact your hosting provider and have them change your php.ini settings for the following:

post_max_size
upload_max_filesize
memory_limit

Hope this helps!
