Hey Peter,
You can find that setting in your ACP > Core > System Core > Global Config > General tab, ( /core/admin/global ), just uncheck the "Log 404 Not Found" checkbox an save your settings.

That isn't an error, Jamroom coverts your video into different types so it can be played on mobile devices as well as your desktop computer.
Check your Queue and see if is processing. The Queue Viewer can be found in your ACP > Dashboard
/core/dashboard/queue_viewer

You can use the File module to allow profiles to create downloadable files.

I have this fixed for the next release of the Celebrity skin and have also fixed it on your site, modified the jrSoundCloud_item_list.tpl in your core/skin_admin/templates/skin=MDR2 section.

If you have any errors in your error log, post them here so we can see if there is an issue.
Looking at your licenses, you have 2 premium licenses, or a license for up to 4 websites, and I see that you have 4 websites installed, which website is giving you the issue?
