We are working on our new website (absolutely loving JR even if it is aging me by 10 years a day!). With the find new music module it results to recommended on the search. We can find the template that brings back no results but not the results (when there is something to return). We need to find this template to change how the results look. I know what I am talking about, hope you can understand too hahaha!!

Cannot find 'error was encountered loading the media URL'

Can anyone please point me in the right direction so that I can change the text for the error code in the title. It comes up when a none logged in user tries to play music that is on the home page of the website. I want to change it to say they have to be logged in to listen to the music. Checked several language folders in audio support, the skin, users and profiles but not sure where else to look or if I am on the right trail?

Using Media Pro (dark). Tried that method and it didn't work. We have used a work around by going into the header_menu.tpl and taken items out that we don't want visible but its a pain doing it this way!

I cannot work out how to add menu items.I have site builder active and on my home page I clicked menu editor and added a couple of menu items and saved but they do not show up anywhere. How do I add new pages to menu please?

The Sounds Like Module - can it be developed further?

The sounds like module (find new music) is something I would like to use as a main selling point for my site. Couple of things...
Can the find new music module go into the header where the advertisement banner goes on the top right of the page so it shows on all pages?
Can it have the influences as tagged links connecting bands together?
Can the module be used in some way so that we can connect artists together? So say someone likes band a and others have liked band a and b, it recommends band b to them?
Sorry, I am really new here and I am still trying to get to grips with the way jamroom works so forgive me if I am asking impossible questions to answer haha!

Hi there. I paid for the hosting account about 12 days ago and although I have hassled Paul via email constantly, I haven't had answers to some questions some people may be able to help with. I am dying to go live with my new site and love everything about jamroom but I am getting really frustrated with so many niggles, can anyone help?
1) Search for music that 'sounds like'
When we add influences (such as foo fighters, michael jackson etc) I believed that was for the band not the individual tracks but I just did a search for foo fighters in the sounds like search box and the results brought back 2 songs (there is only one artist added and they have 3 songs attached not 2 so that seems confusing too). Looked at the module settings and cannot see why the search brings the music result not the artist result.
2) In main menu - Stations (under the music category)
We have been into the skin template and removed the stations option but it still shows on the main menu. How do we remove this?
3)Followers:
We'd like members to follow artists but not artists to follow members. Cannot see this option, is it available?
4) Private notes (we renamed this private messages):
We have unticked the followers only as this says "You can remove this restriction by unchecking this option, which will allow users to send a private note to any other user in the system."
But there is an issue as a user member I still get "Select the user you would like to send this Private Message to. MESSAGE: You can only send a Private Message to site admins and followers."
5) Email verification: we set members and artists to email verification but no emails are coming through to the new users to validate accounts. We're not sure why but I think it could be to do with the email set up in the communication module? Not sure on that one at all.
6) Is there a way of moving modules around on the website? I saw there is something called site builder which is in beta but I need to go live soon (so I can earn money to pay the hosting!!). I am using media pro 5 dark.
7) On profiles there is a box on the right saying Location. Where do people add this? Is it something to do with the geo locator plugin?
If anyone can help on any of these points, please do as I am losing the plot trying to work everything out!!!
