Text in email notification of Support Ticket needs change

Using Jamroom

It's been pointed out to me that the text on an email notification to a user, regarding a support ticket, includes this wording:

"To respond, reply to this email and leave the subject line intact, or view your ticket online:
{link to support ticket supplied here}"

Our users can't reply directly to an email, they have to follow the link and reply on the site. Does this wording refer to a situation when you have a mailgun webhook?

I would like to change the wording but I can't see where to do it.
Also, I'd like to find out what's involved in allowing the users to reply direct to an email from our site.

I'd be grateful for any advice. Thank you.

HTML code added to group Discussion Header : code is dropped.

Using Jamroom

Thank you so much, Paul. I didn't know where to look, and of course it worked for me as an admin user. There was no error message "This iframe is not allowed".
I'll go and make the necessary permission changes.

HTML code added to group Discussion Header : code is dropped.

Using Jamroom

I can insert the same code in a comment on the discussion and it works perfectly, showing a countdown clock as it should.

If I paste the code in the discussion header when it is in normal display mode, the code is visible in the header (as a block of HTML) when I confirm the update. If I then update the header again, the countdown clock is visible in the header so the code has at that stage been recognised and actioned, but on confirming the update, the clock is not shown. Looking again at the code in the header, that bit of HTML has disappeared.

HTML code added to group Discussion Header : code is dropped.

Using Jamroom

I've added some HTML into a discussion header, to provide a countdown timer . It works fine when I've added it to my own group discussion and to another user's group discussion, but I have been trying to add very similar code for a non-Admin Group owner, and although the code can be pasted into the discussion header, on clicking 'update', the code seems to be dropped.

This is the discussion,
https://pmp-art.com/tam-tam/group_discuss/666/new-beginnings-art-challenge-dec-2017-jan-2018

I can't insert the code I'm adding here but it's shown in the images attached. I'm an HTML idiot and this code was generated by the timeanddate .com website.

Very similar code worked fine on the discussion https://pmp-art.com/library/group_discuss/692/pmp-monthly-challenge-dec-jan2018. The only difference was the timezone on which the clock was based and the end date.
Sorry to be dim, but have you any idea why one works and the other gets dropped (no error message)?

Cannot advance pages when viewing Image gallery

Using Jamroom

On the Images gallery view, the page jumper has disappeared and there are no arrows for page advance or return.
This applies to the site Images gallery, and when viewing 'all images' on individual profiles. Also no page jumper on Liked items.
Ther are no page advances on the Forum either.
There is a page jumper on the Home page at the bottom, which advances through pages of blogs.

In the Global Config, Datastore, we have unchecked the Optimized Pager checkbox, because to our users, the page jumper is more important than speed of loading.

Invalid Form Validation errors

Using Jamroom

I've been trying to update a comment containing an image and I have tried multiple times, refreshing the page, cancelling out and repeating etc., but I am still not able to update the comment. I keep getting the Invalid Form error whenever I click Update.

on this discussion https://pmp-art.com/library/group_discuss/571/30-30s-in-2017

Screen shots attached (the first one seems to have missed off the bottom part of the image).
I attach a screenshot of the code in the comment I'm trying to update.

Invalid Form Validation errors

Using Jamroom

A number of users are finding that when they try to post a comment/reply or send a Private Note, they are getting the error "Invalid Form Validation received - please refresh and try again". There seems to be no reason for this error.

I have seen this myself when sending a Private Note (Windows PC with Firefox). I copied the text, refreshed the screen, pasted the same text and the note sent without error. Subsequent notes to the same person went OK.

I have just tried to respond to a support ticket about the same issue and I got the Invalid Form validation error. See screenshot - you can see there is nothing untoward in the text.
I copied the text, refreshed, pasted and made a couple of changes. When I clicked "update ticket" I got the same error. On the third attempt the ticket was updated correctly.

Any ideas as to the cause?
