@michael - Per your advice above, changed all LANGUAGE strings from "issue" to "action" - that seemed to get MOST of the text but Not All. Double checked, and searched for "issue", and there are no more instances in the language tab, however "Issue" still shows in the top tab row menu of tracker.

Can't seem to find how to change the top tab row menu of the Tracker. Tried modifying "item_index.tpl" - still no good...

How easy to re-brand the Tracker module text "Issue" --> "Action" ?

Goal : All locations in the entire module that say "Issue" would instead show "Action".

We prefer not to clone the module or skin. So, is this possible to achieve thru the language editor only, or do we need to go deeper and change the template or module code?

We want to avoid at all costs - "manually" copy / paste Skin updates - so we prefer not to clone the skin. To require our coders to manually copy / paste code changes when a Skin updates seems like a serious limitation of the JR platform

@brian - From the links above, It seems we are clear how to compare the cloned skin from original skin.

Still confused - When we see something has changed on a skin update, does that mean we must "manually" copy / paste the new changes by hand into our new custom cloned skin?
